Is there a discount if not all of the data can be recovered?

If necessary, I will arrange a discount that is fair to both parties.

How long does it take?

Usually 8 business days. If you require a quick turn-around time, please note it on the order form. Rush orders will be completed within 3 to 4 days without additional costs.

How I can make the payment?

By bank transfer or with PayPal. Payment details will be included with the invoice once the order is complete.

Will I be charged for mailing expenses?

The download of recovered data is free of charge. For the delivery of recovered data on a memory medium the mailing expenses will be 18 €. If you would like your demounted device to be returned to you in the case of unsuccessful repairing, please enclose a cash sum of 10 € (or approximately 10 € in your own national currency) in your package for the return postage.

Is there a discount if I only want (for example) 1 file recovered?

No; the cost of the rescue procedure is not substantially reduced in such a case. Given a particular storage medium capacity, the work involved in the rescue procedure is the same whether I recover 1 or 1000 files.
